We purchased flat last year.
Good society from near by other society in this Area, maintenance, layout, water quality , playing area.
Residents in this society are well managed and organising all things events with enthusiastic.
Flat layout are very good.
My family is happy here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was searching flat in this society. When i study reviews of this society from google , I planned to visit also to see the actual condition of construction. I found that external plaster was removed intentionally by Builder at the demand of people living in society because maintenance for 30 months is already paid so that same can be repaired once again and People of society wanted to get the same done from Builder itself.
So , plaster was removed intentionally . it is not a bad construction. Inside flat construction is also good. Builder has provided modular kitchen, fans , lighting etc.
Club & gym facility is also operational.
I got a good deal thru Broker. Builder flats are costly. Re sale option is good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very balanced sets of apartments. You can can get a 3bhk, 2bhk with a storage or a study depending. At leat of 3 washrooms as well as proper maintenance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am staying in gulmohur residency since 2018, initially the maintenance was not up to date and now i have seen a lot of change from last few months as the problems are now resolving and renovation is about to complete. Rest people residing here are very cooperative and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm a resident of this society and have been living for the past 2 years now. We booked a flat here after comparing it with most of the societies in Indirapuram. It has about 1250 sq ft area which was the largest in this range.
Material quality is poor and water is very saline with a high TDS level.
The gym and kids' play area are okayish.
You will get a good view from higher floors because of the glass doors (like mine is 13th).
Repairing and painting work is going on again, also a mandir is under construction. Overall now it's okay and can be considered as a choice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Construction quality is good. Room sizes & layout are one of the best in ahinsa khand 2. Open space is satisfactory as this society as it has only 423 nos flats .
All other society has a large population density. But this society is having less flat density compared to it's Plot Area. Society is green and nicely managed by people of society.
