Swadeshi Auto Bajaj Service Centre - New Delhi

Service is ok, but time taken for service is very long. Every time I visit at 9 but gate open at 9:30 am. Even when service of bike only requires lubrication and washing, it takes at least 4-5 hours. Also every time I visit some of their equipment is out of order. If they improve the quality of service, I will definitely improve their rating.

Recently I visited this Swadeshi Bajaj auto service centre for getting first free service of mine Avenger Cruise 220. I was bit apprehensive after reading so many negative reviews on various platforms about this service centre however I have found it satisfactory. I reached the centre exact 9 a.m. on Saturday morning and got my bike serviced within one and half hour only, staff was friendly and cooperative. However customer waiting area needs improvement.

Managers do not have a way to talk, talk rudely, Always think of robbing the customer Even if it is not bad, they change the parts and taking money, In just a oil change, they take the whole day of customers, like he has no other work It's all my eyes have seen My worst experience with bajaj

Centre is ok as all other. I went there for PUC which they were unable to do for BS6bikes as company has not provided any tools or instructions of doing the same.

Worst service center ... I request you to please don't go there for your bike service.. worst staff

In this service center all worker are thief even manager also belongs to that thief gang 1st they stolen you bike part ? 2nd replace your bike part from fake part ? 3rd give you high bill? 4th time waste ? 5th maximum 2 days later you come back because you become chu#$#a ?

I have taken a service from this center, people working there have no any idea about any type of bike. Usually they will tell you to leave your bike for 3-6 days whenever any body visit there for normal service or for any other normal work even. If you go for normal service, they deal with you by wrong information as aapke bike ye problem hai, engine me problem hai, half engine ka kam hoga etc, for earning money. Very fraud people working there including Manager and supervisor Arif also. Once while I was facing missing problem in my Avenger, I visited there for resolving this, supervisor Arif and his technician told me that bike required software updation and the software machine is not available now, so you leave the bike for a week and you'll have to get service from us to resolve this. Even service time was not completed but I had to get service so I get it done. When I received my bike, oil available in tank was about a ltr even 5-6 ltr were available in tank at the time of handover the bike and also not rectified the problems properly. Ok. Now I visited there again for next normal service. They Arif, Manager and technician all are said to me you'll have to leave the bike for a week as major work required in bike and to be replaced some engine parts and parts are not available Now, so you'll have to leave. Then I said why you take the vehicle for a week every time even I have to get normal service. and when lastly after long argument I was not agree to leave the bike, they started to give me wrong information as your bike is at very risk, engine to be opened and work required in engine- as half engine. I shocked how can it possible in new bike while I am taking all services in time. Then I felt they are fraud person I shouted there also for their doing and go out from there. Now found another service center Bagga Link, They did normal service at normal cost, no needed to open the engine, no needed to leave the bike, taken in same day. So now you can think that if i believe in swadeshi people then the engine has been opened till now unnecessary and also i have to pay enough money at that time for unnecessary work. So finally, I say frankly that Swadeshi people are very fraud and manerless and lack of knowledge and annoying person and make the money to do fraud with customer. So chutiya bana ke paise kamana hai. mere sath jo harkat inlogo ne kiya mujhe laga itna bada fraud kaise kar sakata hai wo v company authorised dealer wale. How can customer trust them. Very trustles, bahut bade thag hai ye log, Mai pahli bar fasa dusri bar bacha, Aap v bacho in thago se. Jai hind.

I have been going to this service center for quite some time now and it is the best in west Delhi as I've tried many service centers for my Pulsar 200ns. Mr. Arif is of the main contact person with Mr Shukla who is the head mechanic. Both of them listen to your problems and resolves them backed with good knowledge of what they're doing. Mr Rakesh serviced my bike this time and he did a very good job too. I deduct one star because of a unmaintained waiting area and an unusable toilet. But the place was under renovation when I visited so they're probably improving these too so let's hope its better in future. Advise everyone to visit on weekdays or early morning on weekends to get done quickly. Though I reached at 9:30am on Saturday, I left at 12:45pm which is a very long time so keep some time on hands when visiting here.
