Male staff is very rude in behaviour they will not guide you for buying products and when will you go for return then they will blame you why you have not seen this and that.
If u want to promote country made khadi products then u also have to improve ur return policies like other companies ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store has good products and i was a regular customer for the last 2 yrs. The store manager is extremely rude . For the first time i bought a product that needed exchange because of size issue and they denied any exchange. The bill that i had said no exchange after alterations and wash but they denied my exchange even though the product was intact with price tags and all. I am never coming back to this place again and its shameful that they sell on the name Swadeshi.
