★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I have visited two times today . I feel Sales persons not interested to selling products they are not providing the information .Three sales girls standing on corner and talking and ignoring the customers. I asked one thing they are packing one thing .
I am regular customer for Pullareddy sweets and AlmondHouse. Their sale team will give respect and value for customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad customer service.. The staff took a so long time to explain the rate in english.
And they held me to wait for around 45mins to respond back to me which happened at the cash counter itself.. Since I'm buying the pickles, I wanted to taste all the flavours with 150g each. But they didn't accept it, I was supposed to buy whole 250g packets, because of that I couldn't try as many flavours. They took a very long time for themselves to come to a conclusion, which tested my patience.
And mainly they show some rate card, and they apply rates more than that, after billing they say rates have been increased that was an old rate card.
I felt this was a cheating.
And regarding the food product, the pickles were not that good like it used to be. Gongura pickle leaves weren't meshed with it properly. Which we faced difficulty in swallowing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You want to have sweets, savouries and famous Andhra pickles and powders, this ia the shop in Arundalpet, 10 lane, Guntur. I have been a user since 1993. Excellent quality, purity and lovely taste.
Most important, you get all the SUGAR FREE TYPES of Andhra specialities, boorlu, kajji kai, sunni unda...oooo..i am just having a galloping time of sweets and savouries, guilt free..

The prices are normal and the taste is accordingly good.
You've a variety of options to choose from from sweets, namkeen and samosas etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The sweet which i have taken is kalakand i took on 26th april , for the date of 28th april the taste and colour has changed plz think twice before purchasing,the sweet has been rotten with sour taste as you can see in the images as they said that sweets was made on same day but this is the situtation
