Your repeated communication about difference in shade was after Installation !!
1) We were not informed about different lot & possibility of different shade due whileto difference in lot, while placing order.
2) Why will you be giving us product from different lots under same order number, if you are aware of industry norm ?
3) We didn't buy the product from manufacturer !! We bought it from you.The final product is still the same even after your replacement.
4) At least be courteous to accept your mistake rather than passing it to others.

Initially - Before & While purchase staffs were very cordial and helping. Owner himself was liaising at times.
Post Installation - Difference in shade was observed although we ordered only 1 shade. When it was highlighted to them blame game & vague excuses started pouring in. To highlight, owner was in loop but he never communicated. All calls were handled by the staffs & owner was either busy or on call for the entire day. He never had the courtesy to communicate back even.
Bottom line - We had to accept it. You need to make full payment in advance before delivery of materials.

They were quick to send design mock ups, and ship it all the way to Bangalore, not a single scratch! I would recommend them in a heartbeat. Now I am getting them to design more furniture for my house.
