★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked the tickets for Mumbai to Mahabaleshwar for yesterday night's journey. Bus no. MH 04 FK 2466 upper seat no. 5&6 dated 28-05-2019.
The ceiling of the bus was too low. So could not sit properly. Moreover the vent of the AC was broken and open.
They did not provide extra blanket when asked for it as cold air was blowing out of the broken vent with high pressure. It was a very uncomfortable journey.
We always preferred swami travels for our travel and also recommend the same to others. But we will have to think about opting for swami travels for future journeys.

"The Horrors of swami travels" (pune to akola)
A friend of mine had to board from pune on 25th october 2019 at 8:40 but the bus arrived late (that's ok) but till 12:30 a.m the bus was still parked in sangamwadi, pune (that's not ok at all). To add to this horrifying experience It reached shikrapur at around 3:45 a.m then the great driver sahab felt rats running in his stomach and at such early hours when i would prefer sleep over my thirst or hunger the driver sahab had to eat his 'DIN-FAST' (something what you eat after dinner & before breakfast XD) which was complete by 5 a.m by this time some passengers had decided to go back to pune from shikrapur which would have proved to be the wisest decision of their life but they had diwali to celebrate. Finally after the thrilling and enjoyable experience ( which includes multiple stops) my friend reached akola at around 8:10 p.m (yes, p.m i.e post meridiem). The journey that started 8 p.m from pune on 25th was complete on 26th at 8 p.m so, this amazing journey took him 24 hours in which he enjoyed 2 sunsets one in pune one in akola and met almost 50 people in a bus that can accommodate a maximum of 36 people he couldn't have asked for a more.
* Pune to Akola distance 481 km so after 24hrs average speed was 20km/hr
* Long story short : "never step inside a swami travels even if they pay you money for your travel. Never ever" & i mean it, never ever. Do consider traveling by a bicycle instead.
* Worst travels in terms of comfort & cleanliness too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have booked my ticket from Moshi To Nanded on 13 November 20. End of the moment they called me said that you have to reach at Chakan. My bus timing wa 7:45 and bus came at chakan for 10:30. We moved on at 11:45 from Chakan. 3 hrs waiting and there is no seating arrangements. Bus is already full but driver and management filled passenger more than capacity of bus. There is no safety no social distancing. Vivid guidelines is in the air. Destination time of my village is 8 but I reached there at 12:30. Horrible experience from Swami travel. Think thousands time before booking tickets in Swami travels. Kindly look into the matter.
