★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They provide As-Fit powder as well for Asthma, cold and allergy. The product is very effective but there is a doubt that it may contain steroid. The company must clearly write on pack that this medicine do not contain steroid. Also it seems less partiality in sale and billing invoice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure about it's authenticity. Pain Nil surely relieves the pain but it may not be authentic 100% ayurvedic medicine. It may contain Steroids or Allopathic pain killers in addition to ayurvedic ingredients... I am sending this for testing & will share the results soon on this platform with everyone.
