★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there for my test today at 4pm. Before going, I called up. She said come at 4pm, so dot at 4 pm i was there. I enquired about payment receipt, she said, light is not there AND SO SHE WROTE ON A PLAIN PEICE OF PAPER. I said, what about report, she said, light nai hai. I mean, it is simply ridiculous, that a pathlab doesnt have a power back up even for half an hour. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOUR BY STAFF.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Your Jail road lab promised to send the sugar report by 1230hrs. Waited till 1300hrs. Then again I called your lab. The receptionist again promised to send it by what's app immediately. Now it is 1340hrs. Still waiting waiting for your what's app/ email/ link. Poor performance I must say.
