★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the most pathetic company that I have ever come across, none of their staffs are responsible enough & infact how can you expect from the staff if their Owner himself is highly unresponsible, unresponsive & rude. Once they take material from you they would forget if they also owe payment to you, they ll make you beg & cry even for petty amount. It has been almost 18 months & i still plead with them. You call mahendra (accounts) half the time he wouldn't respond, if at all he does he would say i am not on seat, occasionally he would say that i will check with Sandeep Jain & get back which he never does. You call Sandeep & he will never attend to the call.
If at all you intend to deal with this company supply them only once you receive the payment else all your life you will keep begging them for your own money.
All in all a total fraud company managed by a CONMAN who is disgrace to Jain community.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional, uncourteous & irresponsible staff. Once you get in touch with their sales team (Nishant Vijay), he will ask you to send him emails to which he will never respond. After a month of follow-ups he informs that they are not dealing in 'Transformers'. Reason given for the late reply - "Main apni seat par nahi tha". If you want a professional manufacturer, look somewhere else.
