β β β β β Not a complete hardware store. Sometimes we dont get what we demand for. Poor customer service. Talking rudely. I have been there for 2 times. First time i demanded for ACC cement. He said Birla is available and is the best. I said i wanted ACC and i started to leave the store. The guy said Kuch khareedna nahi hai to kyu timepass karne ko aya idhar. Second time my brother ordered some tiles from this store. We ordered it 1 day before and asked him to send me the materials next day. They sent me 2 days later. When we asked for the reason then he said maal hi nahi tha to hum kya kare. I dont know why those people are running this store with the name swastik traders. Very poor service and very rude people. Very very poor customer service.
