Customer satisfaction: 5/5 ,let me explain it briefly.
Once I ordered from Zomato during the lockdown period, due to some issues with the Zomato valet service personnel one of the product (tomato sauce glass jar, 500gm) was being damaged. Then I had raised a complained against Zomato valet to customer care, but they insist me to contact to the shop owner and given me the corresponding contact number, after a discussion with the owner he had replaced it with a brand new Jar within a hour. Where the mistake might be during transportation. So as per my experience I found customer satisfaction at its best i.e (5/5)
As right now I am a regular customer here
