Especially they have all the original spare parts if old Yamaha Models too. Service Part needs to be improved a bit.
Overall it's a 4 star experience. Location is very easy to reach, opposite to Moudhapara Police Station , 200 metres walking distance from Jaistambh Chowk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My last 4th servicing was Pathetic Service experience. Washing is worst. In call they will say bike is ready but once you reach they will make you to wait as washing itself is not done. After that they will wash your bike just for namesake. You can find dust easily. Not recommended for servicing. Better to do it outside. Completely waste of money and time. Next time I will not come your service center

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently i had done my bike servicing there . Here are few points which i want to share:
1. Its expensive, as you can see from the bill the GST comes more than Rs. 1000. If one would have gone to a good local mechanic this charge would be avoided
2. The service guys always are recommending to change parts even if its not required. So be careful and ask for justification. Better take second opinion before you go there.
3. Some parts are available cheaper outside , for instance 5 LB battery is available at Rs 1300 outside , they are charging Rs 1600
4. Customer delight - i had to ask the service person to take care of basic stuff like cleaning, alignment . They should do it proactively
i also renewed the yearly subscription for Rs 1000 to reduce my overall bill, Even after paying Rs 7000+ the service offer was not up to the mark.
