★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a pathetic experience with this travel agency. The owner(Anil) didn't even care for the customer's safety even after complaining about the driver's misbehavior. The owner could take some actions rather he supported his driver. According to the owner, "drink & drive is common nowadays" The driver Amarjeeth Singh use to behave rudely with us. The worst driver i have ever seen before. Dont recommend this travel agency.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic Service. Booked a taxi for 8 days through a travel agency. They sent a lunatic driver(Amarjeet Singh) who was very rude. He didn't follow the schedule. He had no interest in taking us to the places mentioned in the schedule. He used to scream at us and used to drive very fast whenever we requested him to follow the schedule. Even he was drunk couple of times. He wasn't even loyal to his owner, he took us to Rohtang for extra money and threatened us later not to inform this to the owner/ travel agent.
We were complaining about him for three days but owner couldn't take action. So we had to drop their taxi in between and had to take local taxi which costed us a lot of extra money. They provided service for 5 days and charged us for 8 days. They don't have a business ethics and they exist only for MONEY?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We hired an Innova for 12 days for our trip to Himachal. Rahul, our driver was very courteous, a skilled and vigilant driver. He was very helpful and a cheerful driver. On the last day of our trip , the owner Nitish Sharma came to visit us and guided us well for our stay in Chandigarh. Would surely use their services and will also recommend others.
