★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Water Supply Problem, Parking Problem, Unfair Price Demand, Worst People, Very Bad Locality, Dirty Politics by some of Flat Owners, Every day conflicts with each others in a very small matter. 15 Years old Flats, Do not purchase or rent such kind of properties If you really want peace of mind.?? Actual Rent is 8 to 8.5K/month only for semi-fernished. If pay more than this then mark my words you are a very very bad in dealing and you need to improve your dealing skills. Because they are working as a hidden union. So it will be better to deal your way ratherthan their way.
