★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here twice after a year , never found owner's behaviour bad, and here girls security is ? . if we face any medical emergency even in midnight they take immediate actions as a gardian . They are very helpful. I think pg is bad for the bad ones .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best pg for girls...safe place , near by school, hospital, and close to market . Located in the main locality of baguiati. Metro , shopping mall , airport is nearby within 3-5km...walking distance is too short to get vehicles. And rooms are good comfortable full furnished. Washroom is classy...kitchen attached water and electricity 24×7 and the main fact is owner is too good our "boudi" and "dada" very helpful very polite and keep us like their own family . Freindly environment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The experience is very bad?? i will never want anyone to go through this experience specially those whose earning is not enough,i was there for one year .at first they will behave like you are one of there family members but slowly slowly you will see the real face ..i will share the full story with you , kindly read it.in this lockdown as many of us had to move to our home back except two members whole pg was vacant. So we asked the owner to deduct some amt. As there were no income,bt they refused to do so and started bullying us along with wrong allegations and told us to take our stafs nd move after knowing that none of us can go in this pandemic situation.. removed our stafs form there actual places nd kept them in a corner ,it doesn't end here they increased the amt. Of the money every month ..for the stafs over there i have they have taken 15k from me so you can understand how much greedy they are..also let me say one thing the most of the reviews are done by there own family members to increase the ratings nd this is the fact, I'm saying it very louad nd clear????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not satisfied in this pg. I stay there 2 and half Yr. Pg woner have a bad habit to search every one's bag when everybody were going to office. They are charging extra Current bill, when you want to check they will threat you. Even they are charging extra charge of maid. Behavior is not good. Mentality is very nasty, very bad habit to enterfare in every body's personal life.
They demand in every month extra charge of bathroom cleaning but they don't do that. They create unhealthy environment. My suggestion is don't go there never.
