★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a newly developed nice residential society. It is located on road. Around this other projects of Swati group are avaiable. It offers good open enviornment. Apart from homes, it is having open play area for kids. It is a secured society. People can live safely here along with family. In respect of room sizes, loading is less but to limit the cost, rooms are slightly congested. Balcony are only for standing which is a negative part. Otherwise good and recommended for small family and in view of budget.
