★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sweep real estate is big fraud brother concern of BASEGROW INDUSTRIES, marketing industrial and commercial lands at Joja, area which is never owned by them. Sweep and Bsse grow are the brain child of Biplab Mondal the local TMC syndicate dalal of Noyabad area, Asadul Gazi and few others land mafias who are active in Joka, Rasspunja areas. Their job is to capture illegal lands, low lands, or capture others land forcefully or by political influence. There are two projects in Joka Noyabad area named Kantha Calley and Petalcity developed by late Uttam Hsldar, who happens to be another big fraud, from whom many of us had purchased residential plots. But recently after death of Uttam Haldar, a lady Ranu haldar, long divorced wife (2015) of Uttam Hsldar have joined hands with these hooligans with one advocate Ujjwal Bhowmick and trying to capture illegally both projects and trying to sale with all fake documents in the name of Industrial and commercial plots. Be careful and investigate before you go with these fraud land mafias.

They have already cheated lots of people. Most of the projects on that area doing the same thing. Sonakshi, Kantha Valley, Petal City and many more.
Please go to that area (not by the car provided by the company) and talk to the local. Lots of people already lost their hard earn money.
