★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I could not find negative markings.....but I was looking for a minus10 for this unprofessional cake shop with rude staff and poor quality. They take the customers for a ride and also misbehave with them. The quantity is also an issue and they are very unprofessional. The owner is also very rude. They don't respect their customers at all. I am very very disappointed and would like you people to stay away from this shop for cake bookings.

Disappointed by the services given by (Sweet Crunch). Ordered a cake for my sister's marriage anniversary, taste was not that upto the mark. Cake decoration was pathetic. Shockingly he took 1200 Rs for such a horrible cake.
Never buy cake from this shop. They are just looting.

On the top of this , shopowner was giving excuses. Not a good idea actually.
1) asking for a refund would not have helped as the birthday was already ruined!
So, think twice before you order anything from this shop.
