Spoilt birthday celebration and they don't have how to talk with the customer.
Order please at 8:00 p.m. showing delivered but not received now they are saying order has been cancelled due to non available cake

β β β β β I ordered Pineapple cake through Swiggy, at this restaurant, and they cancelled the order saying they are out of stock, when they had plenty of pineapple cakes on the menu. Even after they cancelled my paid up order, I could see they still had the item in stock.
I called up this restaurant and asked them if I should drop over and check for myself. They sounded very worried. Really weird and undependable behaviour.

β β β β β Perfect place for sugar rush cravings. My favourite from this place is red velvet pastry. It is really very very delicious. I even cannot express in word. Also I like hazelnut pastry it also very delicious. The quality is very good and the packaging is also very nice.

β β β β β Very bad delivery experience, they didn't have gulab jamun cheesecake available and took half hour to figure out a replacement. And then finally gave a hazelnut cake I think, when on call they agreed to give truffle cake. And that cake too was stale cake. Having frozen elements which make me belive it was sitting for more than a day. And the best part we ordered separate cheesecake which was available but man it was bitter. I think the sandwich cheese tastes less bitter than their cheesecake. Utter waste of money.

β β β β β Ordered brownies, which tasted pathetic and very not fresh plus was burnt from bottom.
I also ordered chocolava, which did not only look ugly but tasted so bad too. I DO NOT recommend ordering from them.

β β β β β I ordered 2-3 times from this restaurant through βEATSUREβ. Every time something or the other was wrong with the order. Really disappointed with the service : Spillage issue and the red velvet tasted sour, the size of truffle pastry was too small in the last order.
Although the taste of truffle pastry was quite good and mango cheesecake was decent.
