The stuff I bought and another that I placed an order for were all handled on time and in a professional manner. We are extremely happy with the art and craftsmanship of Swethambar Arts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Found this place on google. My 2 reasons for making it all the way to Magadi Road from Bellandur were 1)a prompt response 2) the price. I was not disappointed. They have an insane variety of stuff right from a small coin to BIG trees to idols and lamps and artefacts and animals- all in brass. In short it is brass heaven. The guys there were super quick in showing around and giving options. The price is very very(I have to mention it) reasonable. Quality is amazing.
You get billed by weight( this also includes making charges and wastage and other stuff). So the price per kilo is based on the intricacy of the item.
One of the pieces was left back at the store. One call and they actually sent it to me via DTDC.
Looking forward to going there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 stars because the owner (lady) was not polite to me. She said 1500 ₹ for an idol. I asked "Can I get any discount". She didn't utter a word. I was ignored. When I rechecked with details and GST. It was around 1484 ₹. She gave 20 rupees back saying "If I had change I would have given 16₹" with attitude.
The owner's behavior depends on your budget and your appearance.

I found them online during Covid, I was not sure what kind of experience I would have since I was going by only online reviews. I had the most satisfied experience. They showed me the Ganesha statue before shipping it and corrected the things I did not like. The shipment was sent promptly and all the customs details were taken care of. The packaging was done well ensuring no damage in transport. This is the most hassle free transaction I have ever done with a custom product from India. I have recommended this business to all my friends. They all ask when they see Ganesha in my home!! Thank you Sapna!!

Arrived promptly with safe packaging. This is our first order with the Swethamber arts and we highly recommend Swethamber arts if anyone would like to purchase God idols and accessories. Very responsive staff and we had a great experience with them. Thank you so much for the beautiful statue.

I raised an enquiry through Whatsapp and was guided through phone calls and was sent pictures till I found the items of my liking and choice. I received the shipment on time and in excellent packaging. It goes without saying that the quality of craftsmanship on the Ganesha and Laxmi is par excellence. The level of detailing is worth mentioning. I am glad I stumbled upon Swethamber Arts name online while searching for idols. I am hoping to place another order soon...:-)
