★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I joined Swethan Consulting on April 13 this year, interview was taken by Divya a very sweet HR,kind hearted .I was asked to go..since nomination I didn't get yesterday.The person behind is Chetan a manager...he is very cruel,never thinks others are human beings,never gives an ear to what employee has to say, difficulties or whatever it is its all drama for him.He said to me that he will put me in different process ,like other companies do but he never did...such a liar,he just asked us to go.I want a job because of some personal reason I had told him,he told he will let go only when lockdown is lifted he never did that..now where to go find job,in this pandemic situation ,he thinks that he has done a great thing ,he will not suffer for this.He never understand others difficulties like he is going to have a peaceful life till the end.No proper training was given,if asked chetan will say for this process training is not required..like this a great company,I was into calling team.He used to always say can't pay you if nomination are not given,and i am not paying you for long call duration,like within a minute they are going to pick our calls.Please never join this commant it is hell .At first you will think chetan is very good,but never .
