★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can't even want to give 1 star, because no one is answering from their end, i m waiting from last 5 days for cheque return from ICICI Bank. still no one replying from swifft air express, when i called to gurgaon office, they said i don't know about that call delhi office.
And in delhi office no one picking call since last 2 days.
i went to ICICI Bank they said, if you will not get at your office, then if will return to my branch next 2-3 days then you can collect and redeposit in bank.
i m so fed-up with this service from Swift Air express and ICICI bank As well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are worse than any other courier. Since 1 week no update on my courier. Non response by customer care. There phone number mentioned on site and given by customer care does not work. I fail to understand why HDFC or ICICI wants to use their services. It is customers who suffer from these unprofessional people.

my courier dispatched above 7 days from bank side but no updates on his website or no updates on call.
please don't go through this courier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HDFC Bank Need to be change Swift Courier. No boudy pick the phone in there office. HDFC bank send my packet on 21.09.2021 but not deliverd. Today I were personely visit in these office and collect my packet. There staff told to me we could not call any coustmer for courier. Staff very unforfessional. I have face three time this type situation.
If HDFC bank send to me any type of courier with this courier so please dont send to me.

Called the courier service to track my parcle the lady that answered the phone said ‘Bank mai call kariye’ i.e Call the bank insted of us
