★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It pains me to leave this review as I don’t like to affect anyone’s business and if I could leave less than one star I would.
I contacted Amit the owner of swiftinit Nov 15 a few weeks ago at this point for a quote and estimation on a project I’m looking to launch. I sent over all the documents I had prepared posted them on platforms such as upwork, fiver, and other good freelancing platforms. After that I contacted Amit since he and I have talked a lot in the past and we’re due to work on a project together with one of my clients that unfortunately fell through due to my clients mother passing. After sending Amit all details for my personal project and asking for a quote or call it took almost 2 weeks from the time I first contacted him just to get a quote and sadly still can’t get him on a call nor has he tried to cooperate. Once I received his quote he was at least $8,000 higher than any other quote I had received. After explaining to him the quotes I have received and the price points I’m looking to be in I was ignored for several days. Since my business was no longer worth it to him. I continuously asked for a call or any way of contact so I can price out and figure out if it was worth it for me to pay more and what were the justifications for the cost. This is the reply I received from the owner.
“Sorry I think we will not pursue this your budget is very low and nothing happens for long time. Best of luck.” Amit
Here he is referring to what takes a “long time” to my personal client who’s mother had passed. Unfortunately this was out of my control and would have been a high paying project for Amit and my self.
I realized that due to the project following out Amit had now formed what I assume to be bad blood with my self. So again I ask for a call to work things out. I’ve been ignored for days and can see my messages are getting read. At this point as a business owner my self my first responsibility is making the client experience right from day one even before they are officially my client. So again it pains me to leave this but I think this review is well deserved and I hope that this can be a learning lesson for the owner and I hope this also brings caution to any new comers.
