★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Swikriti is an amazing place to stay, especially for families. The location is superb with very easy access to parks, schools, Outer Ring Road, grocery stores, pharmacies, shopping areas for clothes, clinics, and hospitals for medical emergencies.
The building is very well maintained, the garbage disposal system, water management system(both Kavery and borewell) and cleanliness is very well maintained.
The security is well established with security personnel at the ground floor, along with CCTV cameras in common areas.
The place also has(automatic) power backup for the night times.
The location is so premium that all the deliveries by online service providers such as swiggy, zomato, dunzo, etc, happen quite swiftly. The neighborhood also is friendly and the building has good ventilation and ample sunlight.
The flats are well constructed and maintained with good living space in respective 1,2 and 3 BHKs.
