I had placed order for Brake Motor. Invoice no SEPL/1819/326 amt- 5310 date 29/9/18.The Motor was not working hence we had stopped payment for the cheque. Ever since the adamant receptionist shouted at Me. They also did not bother to send the technician to check about the same.
Finally I sent the motor back but then she forced me to make payment sighting legal action against our company. Irony is they have the motor and payment too. Also she does not transfer the call to the owner.
Very poor way of doing business. Sorry to state that.
