★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered cake mix from swiss bake, the outcome was restaurant quality super moist cakes. Brought the frappe mix too just to try and it was absolutely amazing-rich and thick milkshake with just ice and milk!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried their French Style T65 Flour. I bake Sourdough Artisan Breads regularly and wanted to up my game. So Purchased this high priced product that they claim is high in gluten and is specially made for European Crusty Breads on their website.
The results however were disappointing. The gluten doesn't hold and breaks easily. The resultant loaf does not show any oven spring, open crumb or hard crust.
Since they sell minumum 20kg, we had shared the bag among 3 of us, all of whom are regular bakers and none of us have a good experience of this flour.
The person from Swissbake says that their flour is good for Yeasted breads and sourdough results may be dissatisfying - which leaves you wondering if they knew all the time that this flour is not what they claim it is.
Completely Disappointed.
