★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First and Worst experience. Ordered a black forest Cake on the New Year and found cockroach wandering on the cake. Thankfully got a full refund after showing the photograph & video without any arguments.
Hygiene level is fairly low, you can especially see the refrigerator sitting next to the entrance gathering dust.

They have an amazing packaging for cakes. While ordering mention and spell the names you want to write on the cakes, as they sometimes they make a mistake. Also, Swiss Bakes, Magarpatta outlet offers the pending cake stocks at half price after 10 pm on takeaways.
