Very near to outer ring road with all shopping and groceries facilities just outside.
Road is conjusted and often stuck by traffic jams

"Dear Residents,
As you all aware the association have issued the cheque of RS-4.5 lakhs for Schindler for the AMC renewal dated 23rd of March 2022, which supposed to be cleared today unfortunately the society doesn't have enough funds to clear the cheque.so the association is not ready to take any risk to run an 9 years old lift without an AMC. So the life services will be temporary stopped from tomorrow onwards"
"Gym need a complete renovation.. and non of the equipment is in working condition"
"Finding it difficult to fathom - how defaulting owners still collect rents from their innocent tenants, month on month, without clearing Society dues. It is time List of Defaulters is pasted at the Gate to aid unsuspecting Tenants"
