★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever. No one comes to take report on time. Same way, they make a lot of delay in sending reports. Plus no one picks up call/ 24*7 helpline numbers and even if they do, they answer roughly and put the off phone. PLEASE NEVER GO HERE IF YOU'RE A COWID PATIENT OR WANT ANY REPORTS ON TIME. (ALL THE STAFF INCLUDING Suresh Dabhi, Mayur, etc MAKE FAKE COMMITMENTS, THEY TRY TO PLAY WITH PATIENTS' LIFE OR WHAT? SHAMELESS PEOPLE) HIGHLY HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to call phlebotomist from Lab on Sunday at around 9.00 pm for emergency Corona test. We were surprised as the person came within 20 min and reports came in one hour. Our doctor was also appreciated their fast response.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The person coming to collect blood sample had no disinfectant with him. In fact he was so ignorant that he continued to claim that cotton dipped in water was a disinfectant. Neither he had a sense of smell nor any observation on flowing of liquid while the same was applied on skin. When I repeatedly pointed out he said that he had collected from a container from the office. Such ignorant people are big risk to us. He might have used the same cotton dipped in water at other places and must be carrying germs. Now he used the cotton dipped in same water and used it on me, my wife and my father. I am only praying that we remain safe....I appeal to the management to take immediate corrective action.
I thought only the person was ignorant. By the response it looks that you are in denial. I am a qualified engineer and a General Manager at a Maharatna Company. I very well know the difference between water and disinfectant because we manufacture it.
