★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stars are for your service, not for product quality. Service and response time was really great. Issue got resolved in one day. But what my concern is, the product was completely new - water pump was not working from day one itself. That is actually a disappointing experience from a Brand like Symphony. Your products are expensive compared to the local coolers, so you should ensure product quality better than those guys - Isn't that the bare minimum guys.
The saddest part is I worked for Symphony almost one year as a PPC expert( through an agency), promoting your products in Amazon, and Is this kind of product I was promoting !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shopped online at Symphony for a cooler. Had received a good one previously. This Symphony Sumo cooler was made of soft plastic and was of bad quality
Company refused to take it back nor exchange for a different model. Company also didn't send an invoice for it. Two months after purchase the blade inside broke into pieces terrifying my guest. Repairman comes without fixing the problem and sends report that the job is completed. Its not. He doesn't return with the part. What a frustrating company to work with.

I took cooler which was okay for 1yr after that it stopped working, no cooling. Contacted customer care. The service provided was worst. It stopped working again in one month.then repaired again and then stopped working in 2-3 days. Worst experience with symphony. I request you to not buy from them.it's just a brand but in actual they provide worst service. Better than this are local product cheaper also and lasting also.
If you buy symphony , irritation comes free with it which adds to your summer irritation. If you want your summer to be cool, go for anything else but not symphony.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Symphony has great lineup and choice for budget to industrial level cooling. Compared to other products in the market they have done well in pricing. I bought a hi Flo 40 from their own online store and it was delivered properly but was later than expected. On first running itself it had a problem with the blower with it being broken inside. That's fine since the problem was properly taken care of Talking about Chennai, the service is really good and the staff is friendly and on time. They were dedicated to the job and was very meticulous with their work. There is no short coming in the troubleshooting and repair of the product.
