At the very first I looked at it as an one more recruitment agency looking forward to recruit people without understanding their job needs and requirements. But as soon as I got a call from one of their HR Heena Hussain mam, my point pf view changed. Just looking at my resume she understood my previous journey and also she understood where i should be placed. Unfortunately that company is confused in their requirements. But, still Heena mam is in my touch and she is searching hard something better for me. Every time it is not about getting things as we want, sometimes it is about supporting people in their journey and believe me Synergy solutions has trained this to their employees.
