★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent skin and body care services, since I've been receiving laser treatment there, from 2016, with their expert dermatologist Dr. KARISHMA BALANI and very experienced staff (Ms.Kajal and Ms.Neetu). I have sensitive skin, so they've always taken great care to ensure my laser treatment doesn't irritate or burn my skin. The prices and packages are great too! If you value your skin and and your wallet, then I would highly recommend this clinic for all skin related treatments!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Synova Care on Women's Day last week. The place was absolute chaos to say the least. I wanted to get a chemical peel and booked my appointment in advance. Was looking to get some pampering but left not wanting to return. After waiting for 20 mins the receptionist told Dr Karishma I'm from Instagram a follower and wanted to get a peel done (LOL) there were no rooms available and I was made to sit in a consultation room. The therapist asked me if I could sit! When I rfused to a nake shift chair was bought into the room. The towel was yellow and full of stains so I asked for it to be changed. Three peels were applied in less than 20 mins. Each time I had to wash my face myself in a basin which was several steps away. The whole experience was awful! The post op care was handed to me with a paper. I vow to not go there again! And obviously after this terrible experience the receptionist tried to sell me a package of 15 peels LOL

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please read this review if your planning to get CO2 laser resurfacing, microneedling, PRP for skin treatment which is recommended by dermatologists for various skin concerns. My issue was acne scars bilaterally on the cheeks. I was told before the treatment that it reduces the appearance of acne scars by around 60%.
Let me first start with the results in my case, not more than 5-7% that too when I give it a very very close look, none of my friends/family, even people whom I've met after a long time cannot make out any difference in my facial skin (acne scars).
Now let me mention about the charges of these treatments, its not cheap and therefore not worth it at all as there are no visible results.
Lets consider money is secondary for many people visiting high end dermatology clinics, The most important point I want to mention especially for them is that it's not only about the money, my facial skin is left all patchy with erythematous (pinkish) and dark spots on the cheeks. Infact one of my Co2 laser resurfacing session was so bad that i had dard pink/redish/brownish patches all over my face for 3 months (after which it lightened but there are still faint pink patches left after a year). Thanks to the pandemic, I could only step out of the house because we were wearing masks. But it destroyed my social life for 3 months. I did not want to give a feedback of my treatment then because the session of microneedling, prp, co2 were still left n I was hoping those will get me the results I was told to expect for which I've spent around 50 to 55 thousands with the expensive ointmemts and medicines we need to take during the treatment.
I am writing this now coz my treatment is done and as I mentioned before there is no visible difference on my face after painful sessions which went on for 1 year and my face is left with post co2 marks which are pinkish and a hyperpigmented spot huge enough to be noticed by everyone.
I completely regret taking up this treatment, coz my skin before this treatment atleast had a even tone all over.
This review is not for the dermatologist I got treated with, this review is mostly for the people who consider getting these treatments after dermatologists promises improvement, please think a 100 times before getting these and never ever pay for packages. The hype around these super expensive treatment is totally false and purely a gimmick.

Synova Care has an extremely hospitable and welcoming staff who will provide you with phenomenal service and treatment. I have witnessed amazing results with their state of the art equipments. She will try to understand your pain point, hear you out and recommend the best treatment suited for your skin type. Not only that, the staff is super friendly and therapist interact with you like they are your extended family- giving suggestions and tips on how you can take care of yourself. Overall, a great experience to have her take care of my skin. She's the absolute best in town :)
