★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm writing this review on the very laptop that I bought from here. The owner & the staffs are very co-operative & helpful.
I bought the laptop in lesser price than online(Approx. 3500) with accessories(mouse & Backpack). They also provide customer support. Hardware & software(1 month). In software support you can install any software you need within a month of purchase. Also they install the general apps & setups.
Those who are beginners and doesn't know about Laptop or computer and initial set up they can completely rely upon them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience. Products are overpriced. Staffs are not vey well trained and the owner is a big mouth. I actually got a better deal from Croma store which is nearby. On hearing that I would like to compare price with Croma before making the purchase, the owner became aggressive and made few unwelcome comments like I was a window shopper and was wasting their time etc. This was very unwelcome and hurting. I decided to make the purchase from elsewhere even if I had to pay more. Fortunately Croma offered a better price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff are very good. All type of laptops huze stock. speachially owner is good persons. Very friendly type. If you demands discount. Just connect him. One thig apple product also available. Air ,probook, etc available. Asus, dell,hp,lenovo,apple,acer, any type of laptop, in warranty software supports also available in this store.
If want online class software like Google meat, zoom, team they are provided.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fabulous store. Staff are well trained. My experience fantastic. They have lots of laptop stock. Just believe me in hole Barasat Asus aio v222 is not available. Surprise this I got from syscom info tech. End of the day em happy., today I bought a laptop from syscom. Asus zen book ux 425 e . Unbelievable price offered .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nasty experience. I regret my decision to even visiting the store. The owner is extremely misbehaved. I went there to buy a laptop in medium budget, however he was trying to sell me a higher priced one. When I clearly stated that my budget is low , he made some unwelcome comments that they dont stock low budget models and they sell to big corporates and all. I wish he can survive his business for long with such attitude. Finally I decided to buy it from Croma retail in Barasat and I also got better price from there as well. This store , specially the owner not even worth of getting one star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely poor experience. The owner himself is extremely arrogant and misbehaving. If you call them they would not give you any information and will ask you to visit store and when you visit they would boast about how big their business is and all that. Be rest assured they would quote you a price higher than online as well as offline stores like Reliance digital or Croma and of by mistake you mention the same the misbehavior will start. You will get an outright response that you are just a window shopper with no interest of buying and you are wasting their time etc etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As you can see the other reviews here on Google, my review comes from a similar experience. Service engineer is inexperienced to handle operations like opening a laptop and replacing ram and hdd of a laptop launched at 2017 (very modular laptop compared to old laptops). Owner is a big mouth as other reviewers have also said, also very unprofessional behaviour to both civilian and corporate customers, as the company I work at, also used to source computer materials and components from them in the past, but discontinued after unprofessional behaviour.
I had brought my laptop to troubleshoot an issue which arised after they had laid hands on the laptop (which again is inconclusive whether the issue was already present from before or not), but after I brought it back home, the touchpad was not working, and when I asked if they could attend to this issue immediately, they denied and told me to come back the next day. I got my laptop diagnosed by another service center, where they reported the ribbon cable for touchpad was badly damaged, and said that who ever previously opened the laptop, clearly didn't have any experience in dealing with computer components. Very disgusting and unprofessional behaviour.
