★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad behaviour, poor service too. Huge mistake for choosing HP and was not known that they are proving service from sysnet global. Poor HP they don't know that they are decreasing their own gained value because of sysnet global. Expecting that HP will cancel contract with them and will never this type of mistake

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its was a huge mistake of HP for giving them the contract of resolving the problem of the HP Laptops, they are not realising that Sysnet Global are reason behind decreasing the sell of the HP laptop. Sysnet Global gives worst service ever poor engineering bad behaviour and pior knowledge. I request everyone not to buy HP Laptops if you are thinking that they will solve any problem if occurs in your laptop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 0% engineering knowledge to engineers even IT Branch students know better then them. Very cheap engineers, dreadful and unacceptable service too much upset. too low level service. Very very poor behaviour they don't even know how to talk to the customers and 0% responsive even manger are not helping me to solve the problem. Requesting HP to retract their contract from this poor Sysnet Global Technology.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Number doesn't work, staff is inexperienced, the msi guy is clueless - seriously, pick F1 - they'll give you a longer repair timeline but the quality of service at this place is terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited here 3-4 times for my MSI laptop servicing. The lady (Ms. Anjana) handling MSI customers is very polite, commited and helpful person. Actually I am not satisfied with the laptop but very much satisfied with this service center..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So this MSI service centre is located on the 4th floor of a very hideous building which is difficult to spot. Moreover it has no seating arrangements for the customers and you have to sit on stairs in case your query can not be solved immediately. They have 4 rooms filled with what not but they don't have a single chair where the customers can wait. No token system no bill checking they just take the laptops and just answer it is in process please wait. Had to wait for 4 hours sitting on the stairs just to get a format done. Also my laptop is just 2 days old so please consider before visiting. Also MSI needs to increase service centres as the other one is in odhav which is extremely far for majority of people. Worst possible experience.
