In 2017 i have resigned from this company. i have hand over all the spares which i had on time. but after several mails and flow ups i dint got my payment. today its 26th dec 2018. The answers which i got from management is they don't have money to pay me so i have to wait. its been almost 2 years i am waiting for my payment. There is no point to show loyalty with this company. it gives you rewards by holding employees salary by the company who is doing business all over the country they don't have money to pay their employees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic Service. I wish if I could give stars in minus. Recorded ticket for hinge broken issue 5 months back. 3 engineer already visited in past 4 months, ordered 3 different parts. Every time engineer said part ordered not correct and they order it again. It's still not fixed, I don't know if this laptop is made by Alien which is not getting fixed in 5 months also and counting.
