★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't even deserve one star. Pathetic service with untrained staff who r themselves not aware of the job profile and description. They just mail you without matching your profile. Morover they will stop responding to calls if questioned about the same. Won't recommend at to anyone.

Staff here are very polite, professional, supportive and responsive. A big thanks to T&A Solutions for helping me to accomplish a position in one of MNCs without charging any penny from me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I got call from T&A, they told me to bring 3500 fees and to pay it after the selection and they have told me that the interview is for HDFC bank, I am not sure if it's true or not. Please tell me if you are doing any interview for HDFC bank and also ask for any fees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ T&A solutions takes review at the time of joining only. They don't ask reason of leaving. Harkirat was my coordinator.After covid time I have joined Ocean one ship management through T&A as a recruiter (crewing executive). I tried to stable there but due to unprofessional behaviour I left that. As a recruiter you have to listen abusing language rude behaviour from some candidates but employees don't have right to reply them coz candidates are earning high and they are valuable as per owner. No learning and equal salary to fresher and experienced both. Owner can shout on the floor in front of office boy n colleuges. but he can't discuss sepretly . Company asks money For experience letter.even they didn't pay salary of last month. 10 minutes lunch time and working hours are not fixed. 7 days working. Company put blame of sim stealing, influence other etc.

I have tried to discuss with management but didn't get solution so couldn't serve the notice period. That time I was jobless I had not joined in haste. Please don't put blame again on me. I know the value of agreement n I have all documents of my previous companies.
