But very bad installation mechanic sent who did not knew how to install the ac.
I did call them to complain but they did not bother

They sold me O General window AC from their old stock display item on June 19, 2016. it stopped working from next day after installation. After several complaints the service guy turned up on July 09, 2016 and told me that Compressor is not working and they will take another 15 days.
O General and this shop sucks! Beware of them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought an AC. Bad experince. The worst installation mechanic sent who tried to dupe us of INR 1300, by misquoting prices of parts. The installer was outsourced to a guy who used a fake name, fake bill and over charged us by forging prices. Not once did the shop owner care about it or apolgise and tried to support him as well. The AC warranty card was not stamped as well. Not surprised to see the other reviews. All pretty bad.
