As the name implies this Mahadev temple is without roof. Beautiful temple premises and open area with ample of parking. The history and development of the temple is fascinating to read.
It is worth the visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a unique temple with unique history regarding the "Shivlinga" the idol of Lord Shiva called "Tadkeshwar" which means Lord of Sun and sunlight. There is no celling on this temple and direct sunlight falls on the idol "Shivlinga" in the lying(sleeping) position looks like and paying prayers and honor the Lord Shiva. Very holy and spiritual atmosphere in and around the temple. Very authentic and cultural activities happens here.
