Beautiful park, friendly guides! We did't get to see tigers but you could see the marks of their claws on trees and smell them too.

We visited TATR between 17th and 19th Feb 2022. It was an amazing experience. We did back to back four safaris, three in the Core region through Moharli gate and one in buffer zone through Agarzari Gate. Since we did the booking only a week back, we didn't get the Gypsy Safaris in the core region and we had to take Canter. In the first safari, we did a spot a glimpse of tiger but next two safaris went without any spotting. But the forth one was a real kicker. We spotted two tigers and three wild dogs, very close to our Canter. Other Canters during the same Safaris could not. So your spotting of tigers also depend on the guide/driver you get. The staff here is amazing, very cooperative, knowledgeable. I suggest take as much safaris as possible while you are there. Try Core region as they cover more ground and spotting possibility is higher.

Amazing place if you want to get lost in nature and at the same time moist your eyes with different animal species roaming these wilds. I was luck enough to sight Tigress Choti Tara and a glimpse of Tigress Maya. I would definitely visit this place again and again.

Safari ride in the midst of dense forest rich in huge trees all around, the craziness to spot a sight of Tiger, chasing animals, birds in between, the smell of soil, the wind of Jungle.....all of this will take you very close to Nature and the experience is refreshing for the soul and soothing to the eye. Tadoba is surrounded by many lakes, water bodies. Go and experience "The life of Tadoba." Being a travel enthusiast, always wanted to visit the largest Tiger reserve of Maharashtra, Tadoba. The date of Safari booking was 2nd and 3rd of April 2022. We have booked for afternoon Safari (2:30-6pm), since the possibility of sighting Tigers is high during this peak time. The best time to spot the Tiger is in the month of April-May, the summer months. Gypsy ride could cost you around Rs. 2000 per head for 2 Safaris. The guide and staff are really very cooperative and knowledgeable. If you are fortunate enough they will try their best to spot you ?. Mobile phones are locked in one small breifcase as you begin your safari ride. Only ? allowed. We got lucky enough to spot Tigers in buffer zones of Dewada, Adegaon and Agarzarhi Gates on both days of Safari. On the first day, we have spotted a Male Tiger,Paras. On the second day....we could spot a Male and female Tiger,W. Apart from Tigers, we could sight Sambar deer, barking deer,Gaur,Nilgai, crocodile,Bison, peacock,orange-headed Thrush, Indian roller, kingfisher, large billed crow, brahminy myna and many more bird species.

Tadoba is the best place to see a tiger. They have lots of zones (parts) within a park. Winter season is good for overall tiger sighting and bird watching but summers are specifically good for tiger sighting

A great place to visit. Highly recommended. You have to book early to get the tickets for the safari and based on the tickets dates plan your whole itinerary. The resort is nearby and highly recommended because of the morning and night safri timings. There are lots of wild animals inside this huge national park. Tiger Bisons Deers Owls you will find lot to see and enjoy.
