Dont buy Tagg products, the company is fraud.
Absolutely horrible experience. Bought their Verve smart watch. Stopped working in 4 days time, when asked for refund they said refund will be given if complaint raised within 3 days. Then I put for replacement. I couriered them the product, they inturn gave me courier number of replacement. But didn't courier the product. After 5 days when I called, they misbehaved with me and disconnected the call. When called again they saying product is out of stock and will replace when the same is available next time. But they refuse the refund the amount or give replacement
Don't buy from TAGG. It's a fraud company

initially when i purchased their product Sonic Angle Mini i received a call within 5mins of my purchase and for confirmation of the purchase but then when product stopped working their response time went from 5mins to newer.
i purchased two of the Sonic Angle Mini because they had a option of pairing with each other and same song could play on two different speakers placed apart
After 3-4 months of purchase the speakers stopped pairing with each other and when i called the customer care they started teaching me how to pair the devices. When a person has already used the speakers for 3-4months while the hell are you telling him things which he already know.
instead tell that you are a fool that you purchased our product and now you wont get any refund and replacement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please beware, this is a fraud company. I placed a pre order number 202005233364 on their website for TAGG Liberty Dots on 23rd Oct with a promised delivery date of 10th Nov. However I neither receive my order nor any confirmation till 12th Nov. Hence I did an email follow up to which the response was that order is delayed till 25th Nov due to logistics issues. Considering it unprofessional I requested for cancellation of order. While order was cancelled immediately, I still have not got refund for paid amount till date (11 Dec 2020). Every time I do an email followup, they provide me a new date for refund (which is always a week later) citing banking issues. Their helpdesk phone number is no more operational. Please don’t put your hard earned money in drain by opting ro buy anything from this Fraud company.
Update (12 Dec 2020): I have got the refund today in response to my comment. Thanks for it. Just one piece of advise to TAGG. I decided to make this first purchase based on previous positive reviews about your product. However if you scroll down, you can see many complaints about your customer care. Please see how you can improve the same as without a sustainable customer support, its impossible to survive in current e-commerce world. Anyway thanks for returning my money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I placed an order for verve smartwatch on Mar 6th 2021. The product is not yet shipped. Not sure of the reason as TAGG does not seems to have an policy to update the customers at all. The so called support number is juts for name sake; no one answers it. All my efforts to get an update on my order on call; on email are useless; THEY JUST DO NOT REPLY. Please do not buy anything from TAGG website. There service is just PATHETIC. They deserve a minus rating but unfortunately google does not have it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really very happy after purchasing your products. I purchased your tagg inferno 1 and 2 and they are doing fine and there is absolutely no match for your service.
After 1 year of use its one side wire got broke down and there were 2 days warranty left and they replaced it. I am very happy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't purchase any product of Tagg, there is no service center in india, if u need replace any of damaged part of Tagg u can't do this, u have to purchase new product. Touch screen of my Tagg smart watch was brocked, I contacted to customer care, he told me to purchase new one as there is no option to replace the screen or any part of product. Screen of this watch is so fragile, if u drop it from one feet hight it will be break. Don't purchase and waste your money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Below average products. Voice keep breaking while watching movies. Average life of their products is less than 1 and half year. After that one of the earplug will stop working. And they provide 12 months of warranty and no support post that. So, no point putting money in their products. There are much better products available at lesser prices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A bit old review, I had the Tagg Inferno wireless earphones. Quality wise I would say it was fine for its price point, sound was good and they provide 2 years of warranty (no use). Everything is fine until the product starts malfunctioning, warranty claim process is a nightmare, they have only one service centre in a city like Delhi. They registered my complaint and asked me to wait till the lockdown gets over, which took couple of months, and after that they said your warranty is over. I mean IS THIS A JOKE?
Anyways long story short, I had to file a complaint to Consumer forum to get the resolution. They provided a "Repair" not "Replacement", earphones worked fine for 2 more months.
