Rishabh is very friendly and helpful, he is still in contact with us and guides us regarding diet, basic training and other basics day to day activities of the puppy.
Overall experience was great. We are very much happy with the puppy, who is our family member now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We adopted GoldenRetriver from Rishabh (Tals and Scales) on 13th Aug and I think it was the best decision. I was searching a good quality GR puppy for around 4 month, got multiple contacts however some replied on time but some just kept promising the future dates. I came in contact with Rishabh on FB group and was bit skeptical about the quality of puppy however after talking with him multiple time I got confidence. Rishabh was very open for all sort of questions which is rare these days. Finally we have a very health, playful and quality GR puppy (Buddy ) at home and Rishabh is still in touch with us for all needed help. Thanks a lot Rishbh !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such amazing quality and healthy puppies. We were searching for a female lhasa apso but couldn't find the right puppy anywhere. Found tails and scales and got a puppy from Mr. Rishabh. We are so happy with Tara (our pup). You can see the quality in her. Such a cute and strong puppy with good training. We are so happy with her. She is so smart and intelligent. You can see how much effort has gone into making sure she is being cared by her mom. She came to chennai from pune but she was vaccinated and dewormed. All the precautions were taken before sending her to us. Even after we got her, Mr. Rishabh enquired about her and was kind enough to answer and questions. He made sure she will be taken care by us. I would recommend Tails and Scales to everyone. Our next puppy will also be from Mr. Rishabh.

We are so grateful to 'Tails and Scales' to introduce us to this cute little pup. Initially, we were a bit confused to choose a pet to adopt but when we spoke to Rishabh Jain, he suggested a pet according to our needs and lifestyle and helped us adopt this pure breed family friendly Labrador Retriever. All the legal documents were provided as promised and he kept us updated about all the necessary food and pet care regimes almost every week.

I had alot of questions and doubts regarding the breeder because of the bad things i read about backyard breeders , but Rishabh answered all my questions and doubts satisfactorily which gave me alot of confidence. I took my pup to a trusted Vet and even he ensured that my pup is healthy and the breeder is a genuine person. It is very evident that Rishabh genuinely cares about his pups and is not just looking at them from business point of view, he feeds them the best food and the best supplements in the market before he hands them over to you.
