The therapist makes sure that I'm given a very safe and comfortable space to open up my mental issues. And through the help given, I have been able to actualise positive attitude during uncertainty and difficult situations.
The workshops conducted by the therapist are very creative and at the same time teach to train our mind to be healthy.
