β β β β β Very bad experience. They were asking to change clutch plate costing around 2.5k, for my Activa scooty when I went for servicing. Then I showed my Activa to local mechnic he said clutch plate is very new and no need to change and just some Cleaning and oiling he did and cost me aound 100 rs.

β β β β β Worst showroom that i have ever see. On delivery they give bike with dust scratches,and no Teflon coating inspite of taking money for that (Rs500 charge for teflon coating) . Even manager there dont want to take complaint regarding servicing. During 1 st service of my bike they mix old oil and some new oil.On complainting manager first he denied and later he apologized for that. Sudarshan honda is best place with respect to service and sales also.

β β β β β Lemme tell u my experience i have buyed a new scooty on 3rd April 2022 i was promised to get my bike at 12 later on the excutive informed that u will get it on 5pm at around 6oclock i got my vehicle thn i headed towards Ganesh tekdi as soon as I went there my vehicle stopped working ,only kick was working rest all stopped working then I returned to tajashree Honda they said it was a wiring issue even I agreed and then I left later after heading towards home again my vehicle stopped working then I again went to tajashree Honda after request they replaced my vehicle, i guess in this case the company should give compensation or any token of compensation but they were so adamant i am very disappointed by them they expect every compromise should be done by customer and will not compromise a bit i regret taking vehicle from here anyway I would just suggest beware before booking vehicle from here, buying a 90k + vehicle with such customers service is really not acceptable
this is not a fake story you can confirm the same from their manger their executive.I don't know further i should trust them with further servicing or not. I would recommend you to think twice before stepping it and booking they will also trap by saying that u have to pay only 500 and the offer in accessories are valid only for today.

β β β β β We got our Honda Dio serviced and repaired here. On assurance of reasonable discount from the manager, we had entire body parts replaced for our vehicle. However, after servicing was done they didn't provide any. Very bad experience.

β β β β β I would have given negative stars if it was possible.. 3 days they took my bike for repairing and did nothing and km wire was taken out when I visited the showroom and my petrol was on middle when I gave them but line was on red on my visit and I just cancelled the repairing and took my bike out of that disappointing showroom.. very bad experience..

β β β β β Service us not good. Sales persons talk very nice things but it did not reflect once you purchased a vehicle. For any warranty replacement, you will have to wait for min 15 days n the concern people's will treat you like they are doing UPKAR on you. Don't buy A vehicle.
