Their hospitality is simply awesome.
I would like to say special thanks to Mr.Premraj singh. We are really so appreciated your service through out our journey, he is more of a friend then a driver. Very good in nature, intelligent, has an excellent driving skill, very punctual in timing.
Very thankful to Taj cab service who has hired a people like Mr.Premraj singh.
At the end of the journey he has given good luck amount to my 3 year old son which was truly unforgettable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience with Tajway Cabs Service. I booked 11-seater traveller, driver reached on time. Initially we liked the driver's behaviour but later we frustrated by his pushback behaviour. I have a small kid who vomited during the trip and driver denied to run the ac till the vehicle is not cleaned by professional car service. I requested to clean it once we reach to our destination. But he denied, put all our luggage outside the traveller, we waited outside near by main road with kids and family till the vehicle is not cleaned up. It was very unsafe for kids. It was horrible and pathetic experience we had.
During stay in hotel, driver requested to pay for breakfast, lunch and dinner from hotel where we stay as driver said that he can't afford to pay this much amount. Although we accepted his request and paid the amount for his meals. I expected good service from him but it was far below our expectations.
Vehicle Condition: very old (3/10)
Driver's behaviour: not satisfied (1/10)
Driver's driving experience, safety, time punctuality: good (9/10)
Overall: minus, not recommend for family trip

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I could rate in negative. Worst experience ever. Extremely rude and disrespectful behaviour by driver. Unprofessional approach. Had to get down in the middle of the night at some random place. Even the owner showed no support and kept on defending the driver. Not at all safe and trustworthy. I am amazed how the ratings are so high.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked a cab ftom delhi to rishikesh and ftom rishikesh to delhi. Both times the cabs abd tge drivers were good. Cab was neat and clean, drivers were wearing masks. The only issur going from delhi was CNG filling as it was eid weekend and most people were on the same way so we kinda reached late on our destination. But while returning there was no issue of any sort. The owner helped a lot and assured good service and kept his word. A good experience overall. Will book again.

Initially I was slightly hesitant about the services and timings, however the prompt actions of Dansih build confidence to continue the booking. The cab provided was neat and well maintained. Driver was polite and fully aware of the route. Overall Tajcabs made the journey comfortable and memorable. Looking forward for similar services in future.

Mr. Prem was our driver, who was a knowledgeable person, he extended his services to help us book for activities in the destination. Driver was polite and respectful. Only problem was the delay in the journey due to his careful and safe driving.:)
