As there specially on top Floors of buildings there is a large spaces of penthouses.
As we talk about the parking facility there is a very good space given by authorities.
Double basement parking allocated as per flats.
Also spaces available around the building for morning walk.
Two side open and large space for vehicle entrance.
Likely to say more advantages compared to some other as per costing.
