★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nishant Kumar is the most unprofessional recruiter. They have posted an opening not specifying they need a person who is currently employed. When I asked him about the opening he was rude using in appropriate verbiage saying he needs people who are currently employed. This is disgusting coz he just spoke so rudely saying "u want a job go search in the market don't come to me. What can I do." If this is how recruiters are going to speak to candidates than I think they r in the wrong industry. I am posting this with the hopes that the management of this firm reads this and take appropriate action. I am not done here, this is going to circulate on every site with the company and recruiter name. Mr. Nishant Kumar if this is how you speak with every candiate very soon your company will have to pull down their shutters.
