Starting from the staff to the work culture, everything is just Soo perfect. One gets to learn Soo much. You learn and grow everyday. The team leads are Soo supporting, work becomes Soo easy. A lot of exposure i achieved here and the directors and heads are always available to resolve the queries. Bi annually increament policies, lot of incentives & Learnings, parties, outings, birthday celebrations, etc.
Overall it is a great place to work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am working with Talentiser in work from home setup. I joined here in January Full time but was not able to continue due to some family issue so they granted me work from home facility. The trust they have shown me is appreciable. Work pressure is not there, I have got incentives for both the quarter getting on time salary . Have got the exposure in working with big brands and there is good scope of growth.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After four rounds of discussion this company realised that I am out of their scope because of high salary. Even though, I mentioned my salary in the initial discussion they realised it after 4 rounds. Also, they did not even think of the same when they gave me an assignment to complete after my discussion with CEO/Director Mr. Ravi. Everyone's time is important and so is mine and yours. Next time, make sure you are not goofing around with the candidates and taking the relevant ones forward!
Also, for the reply that you guys did! Someone from the company gave me a call on 2nd April 2021 to ask me to retract my review because her job is at stake. Had my facts been wrong, she wouldn't have called me. And once more, I was told that you selected a candidate with more experience and there was no mention of better or not. I did not take it personally but yes had you guys been fair you wouldn't have replied to me when I said no to removing my review. I thank the gods above that I was rejected!
