I had a great experience with my trainer Ashish Rawat. He is very helpful and motivates each of his personal training clients in a very positive and patient way. He invests a lot of time in understanding the goal/target of his clients and then charts out the plan that works best for them. I stongly recommend personal training from him
The gym is true value for money. You have everything that you need to achieve your fitness goals.

Gym is very well maintained, I have visited and worked out in a lot of other gyms as well, however talwarkars sec 62 takes special care for cleanliness and hygiene of the gym, which I think is a very important parameter in covid times. all the equipments and good trainers. I took PT from trainer Ashish. He has been very diligent towards the training procedure and diet. Making sure that my health is also good while following the PT. Really appreciate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Post lockdown I was searching for good gyms (and specifically a gym with good trainers!) when I came across Talwalkers hi-fi gym in sector 62. located conviniently near sector 62 metro station, it is easily accessible inside a great locality. The gym itself matches upto the expectations with proper cleanliness and dedicated changing areas. The equipment inside the gym is the best available and that too with an economical gym membership fee. Last but not the least the trainers are technically sound and very supportive to all members. They prescribe fitness routine on a case to case basis looking at the daily routine of the client. I was trained by Mr. Shobhit and he is one of the best trainers in Talkwalkar gym and infact across all gyms that I have gone to for that matter. All in all if you are looking to get fit, go to Talkwalkars!
