Plz don't buy property from this builder .very poor construction as well as builder cheating to peoples .whenever I was buying flat from talware builder .at imperial meadows he committed me completion will be done within a month .But he didn't completed his building completion
I heard it he is did illegal construction in imperial meadows and his other much more projects.so corporation giving completion to his projects .
My rating for this builder is
Agar Aisa rating mai hota toh mai toh -5 (minus 5 rating deta esko)
Worst person and worst works and worst commitments...!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i have own this flat on 2020 but building completed in 12 years back right 90% flat are occupied, still not received completion certificate and sell dead,
there is too much leakages cracks shown in house also now all flat owner going to filed case in consumer court AEAP.
plan shown as per picture road is not up to the mark also.
given commitment not completed LIKE CLUB HOUSE Lift power Backup Parking plan. Etc.
