β β β β β The food is good but sometimes they make it very rich and oily which will make your stomach ill. Also after telling 100 times, they don't give you bill and also they don't take payments cashless like through Paytm, Google Pay, etc. which is I think is mandatory nowadays.
It is located on the main road so don't expect any sort of parking especially for 4 wheelers.

β β β β β I have known this restaurant since the past 15 years. Due to some reason or another, I never brought myself to have a meal here. I had the grave misfortune of having dinner here with a friend of my father.
We ordered fish curry and rice. Order preparation took 46 minutes to the clock. The gravy was underdone and the fish over cooked.
(I am a hotel management graduate, Assistant Professor at a reputed Hospitality Institute and an AICTE Quality Evaluator)
Fine, I do not expect high levels of finesse in food preparation. What happened after the meal is what got me sick and angry. I went to wash my hands and I passed the salad and vegetable cutting counter they had. I will let the attached image do the talking.. I can count sixteen (16) roaches. Feel free to count on your own.
When I brought this to the owner's notice, he simply said that nothing will happen and that even in our homes, flies sit on food, it doesn't matter. I don't know what slum he lives in, but I do not think anyone will accept what the image shows.
On further inspection of the kitchen, I found an open drainage line passing through the kitchen, years of oil and muck on the walls, a dishwashing area located 1 foot from a toilet (the Indian style pan one), water used to wash dishes was in a 20 liter+ container and was murky, Manchurian balls were in a plate and 5 or 6 balls were on the kitchen slab drenched in raw fish blood.... And the things go on..
I will strongly recommend any and all customers to this place to please inspect the kitchen before having a meal. I was lucky to only vomit the contents of my dinner 3 hours after having it.
Be careful what you put into your mouth, it is after all in your control.
